How does the Coaching process work?

Coaching sessions are typically conducted as 2x 60 minute zoom sessions each month – frequent enough to keep momentum, and with enough space to allow for integration time between.  Most coaching assignments begin as 3 month agreements, after which you may choose to extend your coaching period for a further 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

In your first coaching session, you will share your goals and any challenges, and we will create a flexible plan for our coaching period. Prior to each session you will have the opportunity to reflect on celebrations, challenges and your intention for the session. Between sessions you will have an opportunity to reflect on your learnings / takeaways and to commit to actions you wish to make going forward. Your coach will also provide you with followup notes and resources as needed. 


All coaching sessions are confidential, and are bound by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics

Yollana Shore is an experienced coach, facilitator and trainer. She has over 20 years experience developing human potential in personal and business contexts, and 10 years coaching business leaders. 

Yollana’s leadership development background and interests has included studies in Self inquiry, Enneagram (personality development), Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Compassionate Communication (NVC), Systemic Constellations, Emotional Intelligence, Human development, Group dynamics, Diversity and Inclusion, and Organisational Development and Change.

Consulting typically focuses on organisational processes and strategic direction. Leadership coaching requires a thorough understanding of these organisational processes in order to see the patterns that are impacting our individual experience, goals and challenges. While consultants directly advise organisations, coaches help leaders to reflect on these organisational processes to make their own best decisions.
